We usually ship within 8 to 12 days of receiving your order if all items are in stock.  We ship from Langley, British Columbia via Canada Post/USPS.  Delivery is usually 4 to 7 business days from the ship date. 

FOR OUR CUSTOMERS LIVING IN THE LOWER MAINLAND: we ship by Expedited Post with delivery usually in 2 business days.  We will trim the shipping back as much as possible to reflect the shorter distance.

* All International orders to the UK/Europe/other International destinations are shipped by International Postal Service Airmail with delivery usually in 12-17 business days.  PLEASE NOTE there may be customs duty applicable to the items you have ordered that are the responsibility of the customer (You!) to pay upon entry to your country.  Also note there may be an additional shipping charge for all dog beds going overseas; our Customer Service department will confirm the shipping prior to the order leaving our warehouse.

If there are any items in your order are not in stock, we will hold the order until we can ship everything together. We will notify you if this is the case.


All items purchased at Gear4Dogs can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. If you would like to do an exchange or return, please contact Gear4Dogs within 14 days of receiving the item(s). There are a few rules: All discounted items are FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Instructions for online Returns & Exchanges:
Within 14 days of receiving your shipment, simply email us at . One of our sales associates will give you a return authorization number (RA#). Then mail the item(s) back to us, PRE-PAID, accompanied with original receipt and the return authorization number. All item(s) must be returned in its original 'brand-new' condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to complete the exchange or return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error made by Gear4Dogs . For your own protection, we suggest customers use a delivery method that can be traced. Gear4Dogs cannot be held responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost in the mail. Returns after the 14 day grace period will not be accepted. To ensure your return is approved before mailing, please call for authorization.
