We usually ship within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order if all items are in stock. We ship from Langley, British Columbia via Canada Post/USPS. Delivery is usually 4 to 7 business days from the ship date.
FOR OUR CUSTOMERS LIVING IN THE LOWER MAINLAND: we ship by Expedited Post with delivery usually in 2 business days. We will trim the shipping back as much as possible to reflect the shorter distance.
* All International orders to the UK/Europe/other International destinations are shipped by International Postal Service Airmail with delivery usually in 12-17 business days. PLEASE NOTE there may be customs duty applicable to the items you have ordered that are the responsibility of the customer (You!) to pay upon entry to your country. Also note there may be an additional shipping charge for all dog beds going overseas; our Customer Service department will confirm the shipping prior to the order leaving our warehouse.
If there are any items in your order are not in stock, we will hold the order until we can ship everything together. We will notify you if this is the case.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
Please call us toll free 1-888-280-6213 or email Customer Service for instructions regarding exchanges and/or returns. Please note items can not be exchanged or returned after 45 days from the original order date.
Also please note that boots or coats returned to us soiled, smelly or with excess dog hair will be charged a 15% cleaning fee. We know you have to try it on the dog to make sure it fits - but if it doesn't there is no reason to send part of the dog back with the returned item! ;-)
