We usually ship with 48 hours of receiving your order if all items are in stock. We ship from Vancouver/Surrey, British Columbia via Canada Post/USPS. Delivery is usually 4 to 7 business days.

FOR OUR CUSTOMERS LIVING IN THE LOWER MAINLAND: we ship by Expedited Post with delivery usually the next business days. We will trim the shipping back as much as possible to reflect the shorter distance.

* Orders to the UK/Europe are shipped by International Postal Service Airmail with delivery usually in 10 to 14 business days. Please note there is an additional shipping charge for all dog beds going overseas; our Customer Service department will confirm the shipping prior to the order leaving our warehouse.

If there are any items in your order are not in stock, we will hold the order until we can ship everything together. We will notify you if this is the case.
